Karen Wilkinson is terrific! We had never used a realtor to sell a house before so we weren't sure what to expect. She was very patient and explained the whole process to us- some aspects more than a few times. She helped us sell our home right as the market started changing against us- our home's Zestimate was dropping, values of comparable homes were dropping, interest rates kept increasing, and we were heading into winter. We put our house on the market in 2022, a year when the Fed raised interest rates a whopping 7 times- from 0.25% up to 4.50%.On top of all this, we asked her not to hold open houses because of our exposure to a serious COVID infection the year before. Despite these challenging market conditions and limitations, Karen stayed positive, kept us realistic, and she got our house sold in about 4 months.Karen clearly had years of experience and was knowledgeable about our town. Karen always dressed, and carried herself, professionally whether she was just with us or showing the house to potential buyers. She gave us clear, knowledgeable advice on staging our home, and she utilized an excellent photographer who produced professional stills and a creative video.We would heartily recommend her to anyone without reservations.Even in the months after the sale, she's kept in contact with us several times to see how we were doing and settling in to our new state.

She helped us they our stubbornness and indecision, kept us at our budget, and made sure that we closed without having to dig into our pockets. We would recommend her to admitting looking to buy, and if she's somehow in the business 30 years from now, we would use her again.

As a first time home buyer i was definitely nervous to make this big first step in my life, but Karen made it so much easier and comforting. She worked hard with me side by side with anything i needed help with and made sure we executed the purchase with minimal stress.
